The information we collect is generally name, medical credentials and affiliation to be displayed on name tags, addresses, emails/phone numbers for the CMSC to send important information about the annual meeting, e.g., a special announcement about a symposia or about a specific topic, and for the system to use as a unique identifier of you.

As stated, we will use your information to provide information to you. We may also share your
